Our traditional cast iron shallow casserole is built to last a lifetime. Hand cast from molten iron with integral handles for added durability topped with a stainless steel knob then enamelled inside and out with classic cream for a stunning self basting finish and excellent heat retaining properties. Suitable for hob and oven cooking and for all cookers including induction it is ideal for long slow cooking so you can just pop it into the oven and forget about it.Generously sized at 28cm diameter (3.5 litre) but shallow enough to allow other items to go into the oven at the same time 6cm deep (internally). Not suitable for dishwasher use 25 Year Guarantee.
